Mudakathan leaves is effective in severe joint pain, swollen joints and nervous breakdown. It is widely used for ear pain & discharge, various skin diseases and piles. HOW TO MAKE: Boil one teaspoon (3-5g) of Killi Mudakathan powder with 150ml of water for 5 minutes, filter and drink. Add salt and pepper to enhance the taste, if required. Take twice weekly. It can be mixed with rice, rasam, dosa batter, thuvaiyal and chutney.
